SystmOne will soon introduce an update that changes the way appointments are displayed in SystmOnline and the Airmid app.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Self-access users – If you log in with your own account, you will continue to see your appointments as normal across all units.
- Proxy users – If you have access to another person’s account (for example, as a parent or carer), you will now only see their appointments at organisations where you have been explicitly granted proxy access.
⚠️ Action may be needed:
If you rely on proxy access and find you are unable to view appointments after the update, please contact your surgery so we can review and update your access.
This change has been made to strengthen security and patient confidentiality in online services.
