We are holding a Health and Wellbeing Day – patients will be invited to attend and visit stands from local organisations with information about health and wellbeing.
There will also be the opportunity to get a Know Your Numbers check or have a chat with a PCN Pharmacist. Additionally, throughout the day there are talks scheduled on interesting health and wellbeing topics.
Do I need to attend the whole day? No, you can drop in any time between 10.30am and 3pm. You don’t have to stay for the talks. If there is a particular topic that you are interested in, you can just come along to hear the talk on that subject!
